As our products are digital and cannot be returned, refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

You purchased two licenses for the same product accidentally.

You don’t have the appropriate software to open and edit the product. Software requirements are listed in all product descriptions.
You bought an item by mistake, and our system shows that the product has been downloaded.

You are having trouble downloading the product due to issues like slow internet speed, instability, or an internet connection that cannot handle large downloads.
You claim the item has a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence of the problem.
